      "source": "Expected outputs when run in order: `15`, then `30`, then `15`. `var` is mutable, `let` is immutable, and a bare assignment creates a mutable binding if its name is new. Types are inferred and remain fixed. Newlines or semicolons separate statements.\n\nRerunning an explicit `var` or `let` declaration in a later cell reinitializes the same type and mutability. Static errors preserve prior state; runtime errors clear the session. **Aner: Restart Notebook Session**, Stop, closing the notebook, or reloading VS Code also clears values. Saving stores code and outputs, not live variables. After a restart, rerun the defining cells; old saved output is only a historical result.\n"
