What the interest form collects

Your name, email address, role, interest, and consent, plus a message if you provide one. We use these details to respond to relevant enquiries and communicate about Aner.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored on the website’s server. This form does not automatically subscribe you to an external marketing service or send a confirmation email. Access is limited to the project’s operators.

Retention and removal

The configured default retention is 90 days from your latest submission for each interest. Submitting the same email and interest again updates your details and consent; expired submissions are removed during routine storage maintenance. Backups may follow a separate retention schedule. To ask for a copy or removal of your information, contact aner@albarena.ai from the address you submitted.

Anonymous traffic statistics

We count requests for our public pages to understand which parts of the site are useful. These anonymous totals are grouped by page and day and kept for 90 days. They count page requests, not individual visitors. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

We do not use analytics cookies, save a visitor identifier, or run analytics code in your browser. Traffic totals do not include network addresses, browser details, referral addresses, query strings, or form contents.

Operational data

The form uses temporary request counters to reduce automated submissions. When the server is configured to receive a trustworthy client address, it stores a keyed hash for rate limiting rather than the raw address in the interest database. Hosting infrastructure may keep its own security logs.

Fonts and brand assets are served by the site.

Keep research data out of the form

Describe your workflow rather than sending patient records, confidential datasets, passwords, or other sensitive material. We can discuss an appropriate way to collaborate separately.
